Polly Tsang
Polly Tsang is the Managing Director based in Perth, Australia, with over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales within the manufacturing and media industries. She has a keen ability to understand customer expectations and consistently delivers high-quality services tailored to client needs in a timely manner.
Previously, Polly was a registered Real Estate Sales Representative. She worked extensively with builders, land developers to construct high-performing investment opportunities. Her deep knowledge of the Australian property market makes her exceptionally skilled at identifying the right investment opportunities for her clients.
Polly holds a (Hons) Bachelor of Business Management and has a solid background in IT. Driven by her passion for Information Technology and Business Management, she completed a Business Analyst course at RMIT University, Australia, in 2023 to further advance her expertise.
Shiya Liu (Tiffany)
Tiffany is a Registered Migration Agent in Australia (Registration No. 1688564), based in Sydney. She has been working in the migration industry since 2012 and has extensive expertise in Australian Migration Law, particularly in Investment Migration and Employer-Sponsored Migration.
Before her career in migration, Tiffany worked in the audit department of KPMG (2009–2011), gaining deep insights into Chinese and Australian financial and tax policies. Her strong understanding of business management across various industries has contributed to her many years of success in business migration.
As an expert in visa and migration policies, Tiffany stays up-to-date with the latest regulations and provides comprehensive immigration guidance. She is committed to helping clients achieve Australian permanent residency in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
She holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law from Victoria University.
Xiaosu Liao (Riven)
Riven is an Australian Registered Migration Agent (Registration No. 1382363) since 2013, based in Perth, Australia. He has a passion on helping people to migrate and settle in Australia because he is an Australian migrant himself. Started as an overseas student and having been to Australia for over 18 years, he witnessed the Australian migration trend and now he calls Australia home. Qualification and experience make him an expert in Migration Law specialist in Family Migration, Skilled Migration and Business Migration, as well as visa complication such as refusal and appeal.
